1、 Project Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the business department to carry out pre product management, RFQ, project initiation, and other related tasks;

2. Organize a project team, develop project scope, plan product specifications, and implement change control and updates throughout the process;

3. Discuss and confirm the project schedule with project stakeholders, and monitor the execution of the plan;

4. Handling product related anomalies and correcting and preventing them, promoting the product to the mass production stage;

5. Balancing various elements of project management, leading the project team to achieve established project goals (progress, cost, quality, etc.);

6. Work required within the scope of responsibilities for other project management positions.

Job requirements:

1. At least 3 years of work experience in the electronics industry, with experience in project management in automotive electronics and other electronic products or industries, proficient in IATF16949 management system and VDA6.3 process audit standards is preferred.

2、 Electrical System Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Complete motor demand analysis based on product specifications, responsible for motor scheme design and selection recommendations;

2. Develop a motor sample testing plan based on the characteristic parameters of the motor product and complete data analysis;

3. Complete the requirement analysis of the electric drive system, lead the overall plan and system architecture design of the electric drive system, and be responsible for reviewing and freezing relevant documents;

4. Lead the performance evaluation of the electric drive system and propose improvement suggestions;

5. Participate in the analysis of motor related problems and propose solutions, and continuously improve and optimize motor solutions for new and old products to enhance product cost-effectiveness;

6. Track the latest progress in motor technology and grasp the development trends of the industrial chain.

Job requirements:

1. Master the working principles, common technical requirements/standards, testing methods and equipment of various types of motors, including but not limited to: ordinary DC motors, stepper motors, DC brushless motors, permanent magnet motors (PMSM), etc;

2. Familiar with the internal structure, component design, production process, and processing equipment of the motor;

3. Familiar with the control principles of synchronous/asynchronous motors, and understand control algorithms such as FOC;

3、 Software Testing Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Write stress test cases based on the functional requirements table.

2. Conduct stress and reliability tests on the product's functionality based on stress test cases.

3. Record the tested problem points into the problem point system and track them.

Job requirements:

1. At least 7 years of testing experience;

2. Experience in on-board electronic testing is preferred.

4、 Accounting

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily accounting processing, tax reporting, and handling tax related matters;

2. Responsible for establishing, preparing, analyzing, and providing various internal and external financial statements of the company as required;

3. Responsible for the company's budget, review, and supervision work.

Job requirements:

1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, major in accounting and related fields, with at least three years of accounting experience;

2. Experience in comprehensive, general ledger, or cost accounting is preferred;

3. Holding an intermediate accounting certificate is preferred.

5、 SQE supervisor

Job responsibilities:

1. Organize and develop process documents related to supplier quality;

2. Responsible for supplier import audits and developing audit plans for routine audits;

3. Abnormal feedback, supplier improvement and follow-up;

4. Supplier on-site audit and coaching;

5. Handling daily issues with suppliers;

6. Coordinate the daily work of the SQE department, lead and guide the team to complete the work.

Job requirements:

1. Having excellent communication skills and abilities, able to communicate efficiently with suppliers and internal teams;

2. Having the qualification of 16949 internal auditor;

3. Experience in supplier management in the electronics industry.

6、 Quality Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for quality planning for new products and projects, as well as implementing NPI activities;

2. Responsible for handling quality feedback and closed-loop during client development trial production and mass production stages;

3. Responsible for analyzing process anomalies and evaluating the implementation effect of improvement measures;

4. Preparation of product APQP documents;

5. Compile and train inspection personnel for new product finished product inspection work instructions;

6. Customer complaint analysis and 8D report response.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, familiar with the IATF16949 quality management system, and relevant experience in the automotive industry is preferred;

7、 CQE Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for summarizing on-site anomalies on a weekly basis and submitting weekly reports;

2. Responsible for handling matters raised by on-site customers in the car factory that require cooperation;

3. Responsible for cooperating with various departments within the company to propose on-site cooperation matters for the car factory;

4. Real time feedback of on-site abnormal information to the company for improvement;

5. Cooperate with inventory investigation in case of abnormalities;

6. Assist PQE in analyzing and investigating on-site anomalies, and provide accurate anomaly information;

7. Communicate and coordinate with on-site personnel of the car factory regarding product and service issues;

8. Tracking of abnormal improvement effects in the car factory.

Job requirements:

1. Specific electronic knowledge or industry experience;

2. Experience in customer service and after-sales service is preferred;

3. Possess good communication and coordination skills.

8、Mechanical engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of new product structures;

2. Output design data according to the process (IATF16949);

3. Review molds and track progress;

4. Responsible for prototype assembly and testing, as well as follow-up on trial production;

5. Responsible for improving and maintaining mass-produced products.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience (including 3 years of transmission product development);

2. Familiar with injection molding/hardware molds and related manufacturing processes, proficient in structural design related software;

3. Familiar with the development process of automotive electronics and APQP process, able to independently design transmission mechanisms;

4. Experience in designing automotive products is preferred, with strong design problem analysis skills.

9、 Embedded Software Development Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Able to evaluate and select embedded solutions based on product definition;

2. Develop embedded software and design and review overall solutions in accordance with CMMI standards;

3. Lead the development of customer requirements for embedded software, serving as a window for communication with customers;

4. Cooperate with the company's strategy to conduct research on the application of new technologies.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, with experience in developing embedded platforms or microcontrollers;

2. Familiar with software development processes, good knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and have a good knowledge structure of object-oriented software;

3. Proficient in applying C/C++and embedded platform universal interface protocols;

4. Experience in embedded development in the automotive industry is a plus.
